For Andre, client service is his number one priority, because he knows that the mortgage industry is nothing without satisfied clients. 

Andre began his career as a mortgage loan officer with Rocket Mortgage (formerly Quicken Loans) in 2009 and over the course of his fifteen year tenure, he funded over $1.5 billion dollars in total loan volume, and in 2012 and 2013, Andre was their top earner, securing his position as the #1 Presidents Club banker for the region. Following his time at Rocket Mortgage, Andre joined Loan Depot, and within just six months, he had already earned the exclusive title of executive banker, a direct result of his passion and commitment to success. After two years, Andre joined The Federal Savings Bank, where he continued his rise to the top by achieving Top 10 Banker two years in a row and becoming an Assistant Senior Vice President in 2020, showcasing Andre’s dedication to his work and his exceptional leadership skills. In 2021, he became a branch manager for Leader One, and finally in 2023, began running his own branch under Groves Capital. 

Andre is also a father, and balances his loan officer lifestyle with his equally strong commitment to his beautiful, supportive family.
